The Sanctuary is a beautiful, sought after gated community situated just under 2 miles from the I-4 then only 1 junction to Disney. There are a variety of excellent golf courses including Champions Gate within minutes of the villa.

You will find all the attractions that Orlando has to offer within easy reach yet the villa offers a peaceful relaxing setting for your vacation.


We are just 2 miles away from the new Posner Park development which includes Belk, JC Penney, BAM, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods and many more. There are also plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive and an excellent Publix supermarket nearby.

And don't forget that Orlando is ideally situated for a day at the beach with the wonderful beaches on the East & West coasts only an hour away, a comfortable drive along the I-4.
